She might be, but I really need to talk with her again, and have tried today, but no answer.

I was able to talk with the original owner's wife again. I also talked with her husband, who knew Willie very well also.
I mentioned to them about this thread, so they can come see the car's progress.
She says she would like to see the car again when it's done, if she is around the area of Warsaw, IN at a time that's convenient to see it.
Her husband gave me a bit more info on the car, and also another person to contact that was good friends with Willie.
I did get in touch with his friend from Warsaw, and he remembers driving the car a few times, and remarked about how quickly it would accelerate, and how it was a base model with no frills. He also remembers it as an iron head car.
He is also going to look through some old pictures to see if he has any of the car and/or Willie.
