![]() The block plate for this early version of a Lakewood scatter shield only covered the upper back part of the scatter shield where the block was. The bottom front was wide open. Later on they made one that covered the whole opening and had louvers or air holes in it, but it still didn't bolt on the bottom like the newer versions do.
