Found the old ZL1 thread and yes Owen Sound indeed the Ontario town where the missing ZL1 Vins were registered.
Different names though...whether any connection between them or not, they're both fraudsters in my book.
Here's a link to the ZL1 Vin thread...hard to believe it's close to 9 years ago already!
