It is Pletcher.... apparently dealer was sold around 69-70. They apparently sold lots of Shelbys and even had the last 6 of the original Cobras. Marti report says Pletcher Ford Sales, Inc., The Fairway, Jenkintown, Pa. |

I remember seeing a white Boss 429 at the Doylestown car show probably 25 years ago (around the time I bought the power top setup from you). It was unrestored and I thought the guy said he had 2 Boss 429's so that was probably him. I thought I saw a 68 Shelby for sale locally about 15-20 years ago.

Kool find, all Shelbys are special cars. The GT500s have some interesting history as not all received a 428ci Police Intercepter engine as they were supposed to.
