mrays, you're not getting the answer you're seeking.

I think the seller is taking liberties with his description - looks like a bare-bones L69 4-4-2. There's nothing "drag" about it other than perhaps the intention of the original buyer. So, yes, "This car just looks like a regular tri-carb 442" is correct.
