Yawn, booooooring................ Same old place, same old cars...... If these cars are so "super" why don't they hold it at different places around the country every year, like other big car gatherings... There are so many other Yenkos, Motions, etc. around the country that people would show if they didn't have to travel halfway across the country to get to one...... yawn............. Sorry to have missed the reunion. Hope the Heartland Nova reunion doesn't conflict with it again next year.
The reunion has always been about more than the cars. It has been the starting point of many friendships. I know my life has been blessed to have come to know through these special cars, people who come into your life, and stay with you forever. From those who still make us smile like Barnhart, and Cumby, to those who are gone, but still in our hearts like COPO Pete, and Steve Sandlin. Thank you Tom, for all you've done, and for starting, and continuing the reunion. You have "kept the faith" of keeping the story, and historical provenance of these cars alive. Ken Schoenthaler |
