Anyone with info on this COPO?

This car is listed in our registry as a known car. However, it is also listed as having NO documentation. No ownership history, no factory docs, & no certifications. All of the previous discussions about the car are noted in the private part of our spreadsheet. IMO - it's better to include cars like this & note them as being undocumented, then to leave them off of our list (thus losing the previous discussion trail). Maybe it lost its' TT somewhere along the way? - it's up to the owner to do the research and explain the car. Until we receive compelling updates - it's totally undocumented.
