Eric,

I think you are going to have to work into this. I would first try some car soap and warm water. I would then progress to something like a dilution of Purple Power or Castrol Super Clean. If you have access to a steam cleaner, that would rock!

Got pics of the issue?

Be careful how long you leave the Purple Power on paint. It will lossen it and remove it.
