I can see your point,but I say take a deep breath & slow down to him.
He fled the crash scene afterwards as that lady stopped & called the police as he's been in trouble with the Fla. police before.
She stayed in the left lane to turn left into a shopping center coming up.
..and it's legal in the state of Florida to tape with your cell phone while driving.
