Is the triangular hole pattern on the frame any indication of a where the Z bar bracket plate should go?

All 74 and later Nova's had the small clutch pedal. The 2nd picture is not a z-bar frame bracket mount hole pattern. It should be on the outside of the frame rail and your picture looks like the inside.
