Spoke with my father today and his 64 GTO convertible was built in Baltimore and PHS documented it but added that they could not tell us where it was shipped to. So he has his vins, build dates, and his paperwork for the convertible ready to get in touch with PHS and try to get to the bottom of why they can not or will not give us the records on the car.
