</div></div>After 1975, a decent commercial lawyer would have had a field day with that "warranty". Under the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act enacted in 1975, a company cannot force you to pay to use their product or services in order to keep a warranty valid. This Camaro's warranty was exactly what the law was designed to protect consumers from. |
