I think I would. The tire industry advises against keeping radials around for more than 10 years, regardless of if they look new or not. If you do some searching on the net, you can find stories of people having treads peel on perfectly new looking tires, and damaging 1/4 panels, etc.

In my opinion, it's not worth the risk of screwing up a panel (or worse) on a beautiful car like that over $500-600 of rubber.
