I'm confused. You saw a car for sale and you bought a car eight months ago. I take it your car is *not* the one you saw on the internet? Is it the same color?

I know of at least (4) 50 Dover white with 720 interior 69's.

----That white/black stripe/orange int.Z from southern California was the same car as the one this guy is talking about. The &quot;Cranes Corvette&quot; guy in San Diego had it for sale. The thought was that the car was a California car, but it turned out to be from near Tonawanda, N.Y. and had a problem with the tin worm. I ended up completely restoring it and had it at MCACN, but the paint was incorrectly applied and we had to strip the car and repaint it again after the show. I lost a friend and good customer over that car as well as a bunch of money. Very sore subject, but the car eventually came out pretty nice. We had never heard of another one until now. Still pretty rare combo......Bill S
