This is nothing new.I think the concept started with Cabbage Patch kids.
One guy hires dozens of homeless or out of work people to stand in line and represent him.
He gives them a prepaid card to purchase one game,or cell phone or..
They later hand him the game & he pays them cash.
He then goes home & lists them on CL or eBay or wherever.
