Still trying to get a VIN stamping Pete...it's there down by the oil filter, trying to get the camera to pick it up...mostly 19N? ?5650 I think. My best guess right now is 19N705650

or 19N705565 - that end zero I am seeing may be an optical illusion

yes it is a bit of a &quot;now you see it...&quot; situation [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif[/img]

it's a nice engine...came out of a low-mile car. paint daubs still on crank and rods. real nice virgin bores.
