Default Re: 1970 Chevelle SS454 LS5 Convertible

But what puzzles me is that these cars came without an oil pressure gauge and instead in it's place an "idiot" light. Does anyone on SYC hate idiot lights?Don't know what they were thinking back then because it appears that a dash clock is more important....with a dash that size they could've placed a fuel gauge where the clock currently sits and placed an oil pressure gauge where the fuel gauge sits. I could be wrong but I've seen that some clocks were optional on '70 Chevelles. If you absolutely needed a clock, why could they have had an optional tic-toc tach...but that's just me.
