Default Re: Painting Chrome Bumpers

Painted bumpers are not a bad way to go, especially when repops are junk or non available.

Here is a 66 Fairlane I did recently that had the bumpers rechromed 6-10 years prior. They were peeling and rusting already and the $1000 plus to rechrome to bumpers was not in the budget. 5 hours labor and gun metal grey was the new scheme.
