The only way you are protected by Paypal as a seller is to take funds as "Friends and Family" option,
This has no fees and is exactly like getting cash, once you get it the buyer can't re-claim it. If buyers send money with Paypal the normal way you are never covered as a seller, it is easy to buy a Car-Motor Etc.... and pay in full when a few weeks down the road the jackass has a complaint with Paypal, He gets a full refund and you are fighting Paypal or the buyer in court to get your item back. A very easy Scam for anyone to do. The classic scam is when you shipp something without a Tracked package to a buyer and they lie and say they never got it which equals a free item for the buyer and there money back.
