Most of the time they just send you an email that LOOKS like it is from paypal stating you have received the money. They have the logo down pat.
They are hoping you never actually check to see that payment cleared. There is a guy overseas who uses the name Jordan David. Do an internet search. He is always out of the country and says he is a marine engineer or a petroleum engineer or something similar and that he is buying the item for his dad or his brother or his son. Normally, anyone suggesing any particular type of payment before you have even made a deal is a scammer.
