Damn we used to have some good times down there. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif[/img] Trivia question: Alton Dragway owner/manager/promoter John Storey used to pay a Chicago area racer $50 a week to tow his race car to Alton and compete against the 'Local Guys'. And at one time, John offered him $100 to bring TWO cars. That Chicago racer is still active, although with a different car. It's someone we all know. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif[/img]
