You would have to get it apart and into maybe a body dip to neutralize everything then Ecoat it?
I am thinking that a high dollar classic could be saved and would if documented during the refurb be a fine car. Every single electrical item would need to be replaced or completely disassembled, rewound, new brushes etc etc. No stone could be left unturned, but Yenko, Copo, W30 conv, Judge Conv, TA conv the numbers justify it...
