Waiting to see it in person. Camaro-ish. Maybe not a bad thing. Not a huge fan of angles for a 'vette. '74 is my favorite year, so I may have bad taste anyway!

Edit: '74 ragtops I mean.

If you go on Autoblog, you'll see very nice BIG HD pics that really show the new Vette.

I am only mediocre on the red one, but the gray one looks much better.

I don't mind the rear end and those taillights. I had a C5 6 spd convertible, and other than it seemed a little slower than I would have thought, it was killer and got almost 30 mpg on the highway, which to me is amazing.

I like it so far, although unlike everyone else, the front is less appealing to me than the rear for some reason. I want to see it in person to make a full judgment.

And, considering the performance you get from a newer Vette, the price cannot be beat.

I'm going to buy one over sticker as a wise investment and park it next to my 1984 Corvette.

From the doors forward it looks okay. The rear like many have said was borrowed from a Camaro, which I do not like at all. I guess the daytime running lights will consist of LED's in the headlamp housing like many of the new cars today. What were they thinking with that ugly badge on the front fenders? What does it represent? A stingray??

I'm quite happy with my 08 Z06 thank you.

Dave

Well, I guess I just answered my own question. I took a look at the email link posted by 67rsss
and the badge on the fender represents Stingray since they now call it a Stingray. Didn't know that.
