Did this happen out west,or were you in the northeast at the time? Motions have been copied since day one,and also,many Motion parts were sold via mail order to those looking to build their own. By the late 70's,all Motion was building were conversions for export to foriegn countries,but not all of them made it onto the ship if you know what I mean.
