Thanks guys,
It was no problem at all taking it off and should be easy to replace. I think that is a great idea to buy a beat up wiper motor at a swap meet just to get that part as i probably can not buy one on it's own.

I did a Google Search on "Windshield washer pump terminals" Thanks to MR70 and came up with the correct name and part number for the part, it is called a "Washer Pump Magnet W/Terminals" part number 10.150 then i tried finding one for sale on it's own and no luck so time to buy a donor Wiper Motor.
