I don't think it matters if its a 69 500 or not. A very nice looking Charger has been destroyed.

Only '69 Charger 500's had the Daytona style flush rear glass, the '70 500's were basically a regular Charger w/ trim option.
This is exactly why I posted previously about it being a good thing it wasn't a '69 500, didn't notice the story was 6 years old.

I was told Colin was driving the 1969 Trans Am. I believe Steve Forer, the guy I sold my 1967 Chevelle to is underneath him, or he was driving the #60 Corvette,

In 1970 the Charger trim levels (from least expensive to most expensive) were:
Charger
Charger 500
Charger SE
Charger R/T
Charger R/T-SE
