I don´t know about this stamping but I had a 327 from a 1972 Opel years ago that no one could decode. So there are some oddball engines out there. I ran across another of those V8 Chevy (in Opel) engines some years later. I think that the second 327 was built in 1974, definitely long after the 327 was gone in the USA.
They used the rams horn exhaust manifolds from the 1964-67 Chevy II. But that´s another story.
