As far as I know. That became the new D90.
I also have to correct an earlier statement.

I finally found the 6-68 rev of the '69 Camaro Dealer Order Form. It does not list D90 or D91 but lists DX1 with a note "Incl on Camaro SS." Later revs list D90 and it became the std Camaro SS striping.
