No one part will 100% guarantee that you have a '68 Z28, especially 45 years after it was built. The car itself, the history and the summation of the original cumulative parts etc...can help narrow the possibilities.

I have seen 1968 15"glove box wheel stickers on cars that never actually came with 15"s.

3/8" line was also 2bbl V8s.
