Where can I get a copy of the CHEVELLE COPO VIN list? Looking to purchase a MQ COPO Motor.

Is this the Gary Lau from New York that raced a 69 Chevelle with a 427 in 2002 at Maryland International?

I'm from the east coast and have been racing my chevelle at MIR since 2001, Blue with black top. It's a orginal 396/375 4 speed car. Looking to buy a COPO motor.
