wasn't there a problem with 68 road runners catching fire. I think it was the 625 cf carter carb that had plastic floats that would leak and flood out and catch on fire
There was no 440 in at the 68 runner not to say there was more than a few that ended up with one |

If an anomaly exists, the onus to document such a car falls on the owner. Otherwise, it's merely speculation. Are we to wonder whether more than a few Road Runners ended up with a Slant Six too?
