I have almost 250 miles since my motor first started a few weeks back and i chose the Lucas 20w-50 break in oil with zink.
Cost was $5.95 per bottle. I have the Solid lifter Lucas Cam with the Solid Howards EDM Lifters. Give it a try it's good stuff. At the 500 mile mark i will go back to Valvoline VR1 20w-50 and throw in the Edelbrock Zink Additive along with a fresh Wix oil filter.

Amsoil also offers hig Zinc Break-In-Oil along with their Assembly lube and High Zinc oils specifically for flat tappet musclecars.
