MCACN 2011 ZL1 and COPO cars

I was at the Gibb dealership on May 7th of 1969. There were maybe 20 of these cars sitting on the lot just East of the showroom.
Although I don't have photos to prove it, I clearly recall Firestone Wide Ovals on some of the cars. Why do I recall that? I had Firestone Red Stripe Wide Ovals on my '68 Chevelle and hated them! Couldn't wait to burn them off and replace them with Goodyears.
