I recognize that street! It is downtown New Haven, Connecticut. The New Haven Green is on the left. It is the corner of Church and Chapel Streets. My Dad was a surgeon and had his office a couple blocks to the left of the photo, on Church Street South. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif[/img]

The photo is circa 1971, judging from the lime green Vega next to the Pontiac station wagon, the CT Transit buses...It's 3:55 PM, according to the Second National Bank of New Haven sign. you should be able to tell what day of the week it is based on traffic and the amount of trash in the can [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/hmmm.gif[/img]
