Thanks Guys for all the infomation.
Just got back from seeing the owner yesterday evening. Heres what he told me. The car was owned by a guy he believed the name was Hardy,(confirmed in ad), he was the son of a fish plant owner. Car was taken over a dozen years ago by the sheriff and sold at auction. Thats were the current owner got it. He has no paperwork for the car. Also he said that the car is not for sale right now.
