I'm running a stock setup on my '70 Nova L-48. What are the correct AC Delco spark plugs for it? Also, what should they be gapped at? It seems like I've got conflicting info from every place I've talked to. NAPA told me the correct plug is AC Delco 7, but I thought the correct one was a R-44.

Don't think you can get the R44's any more.
