What is the significance of the 7/17/69 build date on the COPO Camaro Engines?...was this when 1969 production year was initially supposed to end?

94 Corvette ZL-1 engines, plus 90 Camaro ZL-1 engines = 184 ZL-1 engines.
052 Can-Am Blocks ?
