I have one of those service replacement fans...8 holes to fit different bolt patterns...there is a stamping on the back, I think it is TW-1.
Blades and rivets are the same... As for the part numbers...I have seen them posted before...one of the gurus has them...Mr 70, Marlin, Greg Roberts... I think there are still a couple of 5 blades in the barn...I'll look and send a photo if someone needs it. wilma
