That engine was discussed here before. Must be a scam.

This might be a scam. Infact there are a few ZL1 engines and blocks over here. Some of them enden up in England where the McLaren team used them in their CanAm cars.

I myself had such a block in the early eighties and it came from McLaren. After the CanAm series they sold out the inventory of complete engines and spares. My block was from that sale.
