Default Re: Greatest Supercar Collection Ever

I was always impressed by Patrick McGroder's Factory Muscle collection in Arizona, although now disbanded. Lot's of early-Sixties Factory race cars such as the Schultz & Shriver maroon '63 Z-11, an factory assembled aluminum front end '62 Impala (now Milton's), the George Delorean '63 SD 421 Tempest, and lots of other early-to-mid Sixties Factory race cars. Don Fezell's Pensylvania collection is another neat one with THREE '63 Z-11's. I've always thought that the '62-'65 Factory Drag car era was the peak of factory Hi-Performance involvement from the Big Three automakers: Aluminum & fiberglass body parts, factory crossram and tunnel rams, batteries in the trunk, factory exhaust dumps, radio & heater deletes were almost common place, etc. Not trying to piss off anyone here, but MOST everything after 1965 was a street car.

The '71 Judge 'vert he has once in a time looked like this.

It's history here in Sweden is in detail known, I wrote about it in my book. Milton has a '70 Judge vert that also were in Sweden.

Janne, is Milton´s car the Judge GTO 4-speed convertible (242670B113XXX) that at one time was owned by three guys in Stockholm and that was later sold to the USA by a guy on Öland (brokered by Mats B)?

One of my contractor buddies went to a tour at the Marvin window plant and was treated to a show of the private collection of Bob Marvin. I have not been able to find anything on this collection which is apparently quite significant. Anyone know of this?
