The 2010 F150 is a much better truck than the 2008. I also trade every 3 years and the new 6 speed trans and a few new engine updates get the truck to 18 mpg. I can get 20 mpg towing because the speed limit is 55 in California. Featherlite 14' open with a 3000lb car. Gears make a huge difference regarding mpg.
