On a 69 I think they are green for brake line and light blue on the fuel line side with a few being natural. I think on 68 only one side of the sub has push ins like a 67. I used a punch to open the clips after I had the color and clip location I wanted, get it set then smack it lightly with a hammer to open and set the clips. Here are a couple of picks.
