Don't know Nova prices but I do know Vettes. And if this were a solid lifter big block vette the original condition (as long as it was taken care of properly) would easily add 50-100% of what a restored #1 car would go for.

So if a #1 69 nova is worth 60 then it would be worth 90-120 (if novas follow the same rule as vettes) hope this helps.

Hagerty values a #1 69 nova at 25,000 plus 45% for the L78, takes it to less than $40,000. I realize there are other things that add some value, but in todays market, I think $60,000 is a plenty. NADA is in the same ballpark as Hagerty on this one.

As everybody knows, very nice survivor cars usually go off the assumed scale of pricing. Orig White car (fairly rare with a Nova), L78, purchasing from Orig owner, 12k miles, tons of docs. This type of car (regardless of L78) gets more discerning buyers interested (ie: willing to pay more $$) I would go at least north of $75k if it is as described.

Yeah - needs to be the right buyer. A low mile car like that could do a shot. If it was mine, I'd want to paint it....then fix everything that wasn't perfect.....then body off. It definitely is worth a lot to someone who can leave it original.

I agree on 75+ They are only original once, then god only knows what happens to them when they get restored. I find new things on my survivor L78 car all the time, its amazing.
