Why is there rot if the paint is finished? Id be concerned if its fresh and already showing signs.. From your decription Id say some where in the 35k to 40k range.

To give you an idea there is super nice 70' RR numbers 4 speed air grabber forsale in IL. for I believe around 60k right now and Galen seems to think its the cats meow!

Just incase your a Dodge guy I have a 85% to 90% rotisserie restored 70' Super Bee 440 Sixpack, Hemi Orange, Ram Charger Hood car, buckets console, Original Sheet metal california car Id sell for around the 35k mark.
