The old 5 liters really were revolutionary, particularly considering the times they existed in. The fact that stodgy, staid, always-late-to-the-party Ford was building them was almost a miracle. They were the populist musclecar Ford wished they had in the 60's. We'll see if the new one can recreate the magic. The obvious difference is the price, but these may be fast enough that the high price tag is irrelevant.
