I was at Atco yesterday to see the stockers and super stockers. The weather turned out to be not so good for great performances. I got to see Jerry Mc Niesh make his record runs. Man that is one mean 302, 126+ mph that has some stones. With four foot wheelies thrown in for fun. on the other end of the spectrum. The big station wagon of Bob Bender went 12.55.

WOW Atco Raceway the pollen capital of the world. Delayed this morning for about 2 hours because of the pollen. Finally got underway with some good racing. Humid weather slowed everbody up, but good racing!

Default NHRA Atco Raceway Updates From This Past Weekend

Any more news on the Atco points race this past weekend? Have all the records been certified?

Bob

If they were backed up they are good. Nobody was going real fast Sunday at the Pollen Bowl.

I was there too and thought there had been an oil down when I first arrived; would have never imagined that the track was being worked on to clear the pollen.

There were some really nice cars running though, I really like to Shelby clone (I assume) cars that were running (I counted 4).
