I got one of thoase switchs and tape i got off ebay .Looking for the light you got plowman. Thanks guys for the help

How authentic would you like it to be? I bet you could buy a new style from Hurst if you called them. It would be pretty close and of all the day 2 items to worry about, this would not be too high for me.

Or you could buy that kit and find an old brake valve like this one. Clean it up and use it . I am pretty sure that racers improvised back then just like they do now.... I know I always have. I know a guy that built a spare engine in the back of a pickup truck on the way to the track...
