I don't see anything to make me think it is a Motion car. Can you post a pic of the tach ? Can I have the whole car ?

what leads you to say this with zero doubt?
Quote "The car is an X66 396/375" - I can't say without a doubt. The whole car is cool and weird all at once. The engine pad is 0116JH which is probably about right for an 02D car, but I haven't gotten to the oil filter pad to check for a VIN. The car is in storage, tightly packed next to other 69 camaros so I will get to it asap. |

Charlie,
Yes, it is an original GM fiberglass hood which is one of the reasons I bought it. I'm friends with Bob Harris so I will have him look over the car as well. I will get a picture of the tach asap. |

pxtx:
Thanks for the PA title info link. I will see what I can come up with. Attached is the oldest title I have so far, dated 12-22-71. I agree, seems like a dual fuel pump would make more sense. Again, I'm just not sure what this car is, but it is definitely not a plain jane. |

The PA 'Request for Vehicle Information" form states that information is available for the past 10 years only. Any guesses as to how accurate or truthful that statement is? Any other source of title searching? I have back to 71 and likely only need to go back one more title to get to the original owner, assuming it is a different owner than the '71 title states. Anyone able to do an NICB search? I used to be able to get this done but am having difficulty now.

I just put in the for the PA title search. I've owned my car since 1992. If you read, you can call the DMV number to find out how many records they have. When I called on mine, they had 4 records. Obviously they had ones older that 10 years. I trust it will be worth your time to make the phone call. Into is on page 2.
