Anyone want to place bets, if i moved to a foreign country. I would be told to speak and learn there language. I don't think other countries print forms in 12+ languages, such as your local DMV.

The Feds have a spanish form that they want me to use. My first question is "how do i know what it says and what they are answering to" i don't speak spanish nor do i read it
