1969 Nova Red Interior Carpet Color Question

" 1. Does anybody have an original red interior Nova? Can you describe the shade of red of the carpet please. I bought a carpet kit from Classic Industries and sure enough the color is way off from the carpet in the car. They have a very bright almost lipstick color red and the carpet I pulled out is at least 3 shades darker. "

Mark - Here are some recent professional photos taken of my '69 Chevelle 787 interior. What the photographer took is a faithful rendition of what it looks like in person. All interior is original. I would expect some fade over the years but car was stored inside for all but the 1st year. Car has 32K miles.
